To All BUTL Buyers (CIMB Loan Account Holder only),

There has been an opportunity offered by CIMB regarding the Settlement of properties of Dataran Mantin.

BUTL Buyers has the options to either surrender their properties or pay the balance of the loan for the ownership of the properties.
The Banker has agreed to waive Interest and Legal fees but only Principle required to be paid by BUTL Buyers as part of the settlement.
