Hi Idris, the forum was initiated for the purpose of complementing the http://www.butlbuyers.org/ forum in Chinese in order to help better understanding for some of the chinese victims. The current step is to help victims to negotiate the housing loan with the respective bank.

Hi Lee, I just found out about this site recently. I'm the category 1 victim which still paying the loan, may i know what option i have ? In your post you mention about principle discount or interest waive for early settlement, may I know how these work ? you means i can get the interest waive for those installment that i have paid ? thanks in advance.
Hi Kian Beng, The offer from banker is vary depending on individual's financial condition. In order to find out what your bank can offer, all you have to do is contact them immediately and discuss with them about your condition. We are always happy to help on the discussion between you and your bank. And If you got a better deal from bank, kindly share with us your experience. I have to emphasis that there's no promise from us about principal discount and interest waive for everyone but we do have some case that got this kind of offer. If you need more explanation, please don't hesitate to give us (committee) a call.
