I’ve created facebook page to gather all the owner at BUTL.
Reason: Rental not paid to owners of Hostel located here and we are cheated.Calling all owner- Let’s pool our resources.Together we stand.

The goal we want to ahieve now:
1) To recover the outstanding rentals
2) To stop the tenancy and take poccession of the units
3) Further matters related to our units.
History : We bought units there and under guaranteed rental scheme but the management company who took charge failed to pay landlord again and again
