The letter was meant for us to initiate the negotiation with bank on your behalf. At current stage, we have talked to several banks and got positive response from them.
If your banker is CIMB, you may approach them by emailing your details to Paisal.Ahmad@cimb.com, stating that you are the victim of BUTL.
Otherwise, if other than CIMB, you may tell your banker that you demand for similar offer to CIMB for this particular case. We believe they will give reasonable or even better offer after CIMB.
Please don't hesitate to share with us if you got any good news from any bank.
